1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Items returned without prior approval

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@areeslattner.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

Please do not send items back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will:

  • Investigate the issue
  • Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed.

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order
  • Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed
